These terms and conditions are in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:
1.1. You’ll apply your professional experience and judgement to keep all dogs in your care safe and under effective control at all times.
1.2. You’ll take extra care to ensure all dog faeces are picked up, including a quick check of the field before leaving.
1.3. Dog faeces collected as part of your wider walking round shouldn’t be placed in the Rural Tails Dog Park bins. On-site bins are intended for waste generated during your booked session only.
1.4. If you have any concerns around recall or retrieval, you’ll manage this in a way that keeps everyone comfortable (for example, using a lead or long line until you feel confident). You must ensure you are able to safely retreive any dog in your care within your allocated time slot.
1.6. You’ll help us keep sessions running smoothly by arriving and leaving within your allocated booking time and ensuring gates are closed securely.
1.7. You confirm you hold appropriate public liability insurance and comply with any relevant licensing requirements.
If something isn’t quite working, we’re always happy to have a conversation and support improvements. Where the same issues continue despite guidance, we may need to review future access to ensure the park remains a positive space for all users.
