Available for private hire over 30 or 60 minute timeslots, the 2.4 acre grassland area is fully enclosed by a 1.8m high tensile wire mesh fencing system to provide an open space for dog owners to let their pets run, train and play 'off the lead'.

1. Check the field rules to ensure you are happy to proceed with your booking

2. Place your booking online and receive your confirmation email. Payment is made online at the time of booking. All users are expected to agree to and adhere to our Terms and Conditions.

All bookings should be made via our online booking system. It is not possible to accept bookings over the phone.

3. Once booked, You will receive a confirmation email and link to enable you to reschedule your your bookings up to 24hrs prior.

4. You will receive a booking reminder email followed by a text message^* up to 6 hours prior to your scheduled booking time – keep these safe as they contain the access code for the field enclosure gate

5. Arrive on site via the car park gateway. Feel free to close the gates after entering the car park to enclose the space. Please ensure to open the gates outward, ready for the next visitors arrival, when you leave. 

We encourage you not to arrive before your start time however if you do, we ask that you stay in your vehicle until the previous users have vacated the field enclosure and car park.

Should you arrive late, this will not alter the end time of your booking. You must still ensure that you vacate the site within your booking so as not to cause any delay to subsequent customers waiting to start their booking.

6. Please ensure to keep your dog on a lead whilst you enter and exit the field enclosure.

7. Input your gate access code on the enclosure gate keypad. Please ensure the gate has securely closed behind you before releasing your dog.

8. Please allow plenty of time to enable you to retrieve your dog and leave within your designated timeslot.

9. A designated dog waste bin is located by the gate. Please bag up your dog waste and help us keep the park clean for everyone.

The dog waste bins are for dog waste ONLY. Please do not use the dog waste bins for domestic waste - our waste collection services will not collect contaminated bins.
