How It Works
- Choose Your Bundle: Select the package bundle that best fits your dog's routine from the packages below.
- Complete Checkout: Securely pay for your bundle.
- Receive Your Code: You will instantly receive a unique code on screen & via email. If you have created an account then your code will be ready and waiting when you next log in.
- Book Your Slots: Schedule your appointment(s) on the Make a Booking page and add your code to the "package, gift or coupon" field at checkout payment
- Easy Management: Track your remaining uses via the "Check Code Balance" tool (located at the bottom of the Make a Booking page) or by logging into your account and choosing "Manage Codes" from the dropdowm menu.

How long do I have to use my sessions?
All package codes are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
Do I have to book all my sessions at once?
Not at all. You can book them all upfront to lock in your schedule, or simply redeem your code one appointment at a time whenever you need to visit.
How do I know how many uses I have left?
You can check how many uses you have remaining using the "Check Code Balance" link (located at the bottom of the make a booking screen) or by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Codes" from the dropdown menu.
Is my code transferrable between appointment types
No. Your code can only be used for the specific appointment type to which you package applies. For example - if you purchase the bundle package for "Up to 3 Dogs - 5 x 60 minute walks" the code generated can only be used for these specific appointments, e.g/ the code cannot be redeemed against the "1 dog x 30 minutes" appointment".
